The hotel has some enjoyable features like a great water park and decent entertainment for kids, but it falls short in several areas, especially with service and dining options. The overall experience isn't what you would expect for a hotel boasting five stars.

We had a great time overall, enjoying the spacious rooms and the fantastic pools, but were a bit let down by dining options and some aspects of service. The beach access was amazing, and the activities kept our kids entertained for hours. On the downside, some of the food could be more varied and service at times was lacking. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable and fun for the family.
