We had a great time overall, enjoying the spacious rooms and the fantastic pools, but were a bit let down by dining options and some aspects of service. The beach access was amazing, and the activities kept our kids entertained for hours. On the downside, some of the food could be more varied and service at times was lacking. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable and fun for the family.

It's also troubling how much plastic waste was noted around the hotel, which detracted from my stay.
